  11. I wonder if somebody could help with my problems with Bridgeboard setuping.

  13. I have A4000 with 2 Mb chip + 4 Mb fast memory, 810 Mb harddisk (IDE), 
  14. 4xCD-ROM (ATAPI-IDE).
  15.  
  16. I decided to purchase Bridgeboard for working with Windows/Excel. So I 
  17. got 386sx Bridgeboard (Commodore) equippend with 387 co-processor running 
  18. at 25MHz and total of 5 Mb RAM memory (ZIP). For starters I'm using 
  19. harddisk file as PC harddisk on Amiga partition. As floppydrive I use 
  20. Amiga floppydrive as shared & internal & dual speed (1.4 Mb).

  22. Problems I have encountered:

  24. 1. BB won't recognice the additional 4 Mb of memory on board, if I try to 
  25.    populate board only with 4 Mb of memory (stripping 256 Kb ZIPs of and 
  26.    relocating 1 Mb ZIPs starting from bank 0), screen appears black, but 
  27.    RAmiga+Q still works for quitting. I also get errormessage "Invalid 
  28.    configuration information" witch I have traced to be dependent about the 
  29.    setting of on-board extended memory. If the setting is not 0 Kb, I will 
  30.    get the errormessage.

  32. 2. Is there any possibility for getting BB to access CD-drive?

  34. 3. Is it possible to get BB to use save partition (not harddisk file) as 
  35.    PC-Task?

  37. I hope somebody could help me with my problems.
